1. Eligibility:  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process: 

i) Please contact our customer service team at naddecor@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

ii) Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

i) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.

ii) We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refund Timing:

i) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

ii) If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Exclusions:

i) Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

This refund policy applies to all ceramic products, including mugs, tea sets, dinner sets, serving bowls, planters, and cotton bedsheets purchased from DAN Decor LLP.
